I walked into this branch at 4:30 the other night, with alot of questions. None of the girls made me feel like I inconvenienced them. Tracy & Jennifer got stuck after hours helping me. Jennifer fixed a problem that another office created & told me can't be reversed. She called to let me know she submitted the paperwork & called again to let us know it was resolved and what the next steps were. Fake kindness and fake smiles offered up by woman with fake eye brows.
Replying to Loco, the girl with the fake eyebrows is the most genuine loving person you would ever meet. She even makes fun of her own eyebrows so you did not offend her. She has had a great laugh about your comment. Have a blessed day.
I just want to comment the three employees name Jenifer, tracy and megan. I think they have discrimination attitude not a costumer service specifically name Tracy she played owner of chase bank, we feel like pulling out the money and put somewhere else just because of those three ladies. But the lady Kara she helped us a lot she is awesome. I’m glad I don’t own the bank if so I get rid of those three in a heartbeat .
