I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Chase branch specifically with the branch manager, Alan was disappointing enough that it needs to be shared. I visited the branch with a simple request: to deposit a check. Instead of attempting to understand the issue or research a solution, Alan immediately dismissed the possibility of helping.
