The worst bank service I have ever experiences in my entire life. I went in with a relative to make adjustments with my account and I was there a little over one hour ~1:15 min before closing time. I was told by the person whose only job is to see what your business was for that you need to complete. This person said that they did not have a representative that I could speak with since there was ONLY one person sitting and waiting a head of me to speak to that person and that even though it was a little “over” ONE hour befor... read more
Make sure if you go to this location for anything you have plenty of time. Attempted to change my name after marriage and the lobby was full, we were greeted and asked to sit. Then the they just kept on their chit chatting/gossiping instead of assisting. Definitely doesn't show that they care about their customers at all.
