Terrible Manager. Not knowledgeable, does not listen. Promised to get back to me when check with head office, which he did not. Heard other customers on teller line complaining about him as well.
Really surprised with the negative reviews of this bank. My experience at this branch from when I called & spoke with Allen, has been a delightful experience. (Choose option 5 when calling the branch to speak with someone at branch) Nate assisted me with opening a checking account in a breeze with no hassle. I highly recommend this Chase branch & to make an appointment with Nate Radford for your banking needs.
Awful customer service. I have been trying to open a trust account for the past month with new paperwork demands each iteration. Going to another bank, has to be easier than this.
Chase does not give phone numbers to loc al branches- and therefore you cannot call directly to ask simple questions. 30 minutes getting shuffled around an overseas customer ‘service’ ask about currency exchange. After all of the transfers to get me to the correct person they disconnected me. This is one of a hundred reasons why I should stop doing my banking through them.
Currently, Chase is a fairly good bank. However, probably more than any other bank, over the past 20 or 30 years that fact has changed many times
