I was lucky that I biked here and dropped it off at Mike’s Bikes for repair. That was one long wait in a comfortable chair (imagine if I parked in a metered spot or had my bike locked up.) When I finally got my consultation as a walk-In, the lady was very professional and caring. The C Street @ 4th location shows that Chase is brilliant: C for Chase.

Left work early to open a savings for my daughter, got there at 430 and was told it was "too late" to open a savings and I would need to make an appointment. While I understand the bank closes at 5PM 30 minutes should have been ample time to open a new account.

Staff seem nice honestly, but access to services is extremely limited. Specifically, the atms in their vestibule are behind locked doors that open only with a Chase debit card or phone tap (like many other branches), but this branch locks out even Chase customers. It used to lock everyone out at 8pm, which was bad enough, but now they lock the vestibule doors and even turn off member-only access at like 4 or 5pm. Fui al banco abrir una cuenta el security me atendió bien y me dice allí está el fulano para que te ayude abrir la cuenta está libre el puede ayudar, me acerco y me dijo que no y siendo hispano y hablando español… me dijo tiene que sacar una cita y la verdad no había nadie estaba vacío el banco Esto fue en la four st, San Rafael Ca
