Left work early to open a savings for my daughter, got there at 430 and was told it was "too late" to open a savings and I would need to make an appointment. While I understand the bank closes at 5PM 30 minutes should have been ample time to open a new account.
Staff seem nice honestly, but access to services is extremely limited. Specifically, the atms in their vestibule are behind locked doors that open only with a Chase debit card or phone tap (like many other branches), but this branch locks out even Chase customers. It used to lock everyone out at 8pm, which was bad enough, but now they lock the vestibule doors and even turn off member-only access at like 4 or 5pm.
