During that time I have personally invested significant funds with Chase and my entire family has also trusted Chase as our primary banking institution because we believed it to be reputable and reliable. The staff here were very friendly, and they handled everything quickly without any waiting. I will be visiting this place often.
I have no complaints about the service I have received in the lobby, do the single star does not apply to you!! I recently had some major issues with both of my account I hold with Chase. While trying to resolve the issue, I spent more time just trying to get someone to answer my calls than anything else. I called every branch repeatedly at various time throughout the day. Customer service is poor poor poor
Both times Michele helped me and always a great experience. She is knowledgeable and has always given me excellent customer service.
