I was at Chase today with my aging Dad...and the issue is that they are not age friendly. First we couldn't get them to get Dad a chair that was not too low for him, and then we had a three pm appointment with a banker..who we could tell was really busy with his previous appointment so finally when no one else would help us..my father closed the account and took everything to his other bank.
