I came in here to deposit cash. Not a single employee was occupied by another client and still none were able to assist with my deposit. When I have several hours free in my day I will return to chase to close my accounts. I suspect such a complicated task might require corporate assistance.
I come to the location after i notified them ahead of time about my mothers passing and asked what would be needed to close her account. I bring in the only copies of her Death Certificate showed proff of being the only child and they gave me the run arounds. I return with more documentation that said my name as POA and they refused to close my Dead Mothers Account ! Losing Costumer ! Poor costumer service
What a difference!! Just a pleasure to come to this branch I will go the extra mile from now on because the branch that's closer to me is not so great
