Love coming here! The two young ladies (tellers), are great. Always personable and friendly. I work in the area and frequent this bank to make deposits. Awesome customer service! I’ll be working in the downtown area very soon, but I can definitely say I’ll miss coming here. Great job ladies!
TERRIBLE. We opened a business account, it required more than 10 total trips across 4 partners to establish the account, once it was FINALLY DONE (we are talking about JUST a CHECKING account), we get a letter a week later, stating they will close the account if they don't get the SSN from one of us! The member in question, already has an account from Chase, and gave her SSN (on type in keypad) twice the first two times she showed up. Terrible bank, if it weren't for necessity of having quickpay, we WOULD NOT bank here.
Horrible. Graffiti all over the roof. I do not expect this as a Chase customer
