Customer service needs to be better, how do bank employees not understand how a notary works?? Kinda concerning...anyways
The customer service is absolutely rubbish. Today, May 29, 2025, we went to open an account, and they treated my family members like garbage, asking for information as if they were immigration. Only one man was somewhat friendly. But they did humiliate them. a cashier and a female cashier they were absolutely abusive
Awful location. Fix your ATMs. Only one working? Insane.
Had a simple question before going in, and I had to dial 5 times til I gave up because no one answered and it hangs up.
