Chase’s latest innovation: a currency-less branch, carrying no cash, no coins. What good is a branch that can’t tender actual currency? Most of the buildings around have coin laundry, and many businesses are cash only.
Chase in general really has a bad customer service. When dealing with atms, most of the time they don’t dispense cash or are down when u need to get in the banks atm. they are always closed witch is pathetic in my point of view like who they trying to keep out because if they really wanted to rob the place or something like that. They all have windows as walls like a Little Rock could break that.
