had to deposit a check under my old legal name and mariela went totally above and beyond. she was super mindful of the name i’m going by now and made sure to not refer to me as my old name. she was so sweet and helped us so fast. there was a bunch of people in the lobby and she still was so sweet and kind. thank you mariela for making my first chase experience a great one
This location says it has a 24 hour ATM, but it does not. It is only open during business hours.
Impossible to get ahold of. Did not answer the phone after trying five different times.
tldr; Tellers and supervisor here told me that Chase wouldn't do something, but Chase policy said they should. Eventually they realized they were just doing it wrong. No apology given. -- I have multiple personal and business accounts with Chase but, like most folks, use the app or web so rarely go to a branch. Teller told me they would not redeem my US savings bond because it exceeded a $500 limit.
