Great Staff. Had a few bad experiences at other locations but the counter staff is great. everyone is very helpful and professional.
About as helpful as a wet blanket. Tried to open up a new bank account with foreign passport, visa and address info and they binned me off in 2 mins without trying. Won't be going back.
Bad service, clerk behind the counter talks way too much and made us all wait
The people are lovely. The lobby (Halsted vestibule) smells like a wet dog. Easy fix… please. 🙏🏼
