About as helpful as a wet blanket. Tried to open up a new bank account with foreign passport, visa and address info and they binned me off in 2 mins without trying. Won't be going back.

Called on behalf of an employee that works for my company to verify a check. The bank employees were very rude over the phone and are holding this poor man's check. We asked for the funds to be returned to us so we could cut him another check but they are keeping the money. Very disappointing.
