If i could give -5 i would. We had a DEATH in the family needed to take cash out my sister had all proper ID but not her debit card. They refused to follow protocal and call higher up my sister was cryin they didnt give a crap, it wasnt till she called herself and moved her money to BOA. Bank of America was great, they called to confirm it was her. They had no issue giving her cash 5 min, not the 20 min of horror this place made her go thru. So dont give this location your buisness go elsewhere.

I went here after talking with customer service on the phone whom instructed me to reach out to the branch manager about a court summons in which they had no clue about. I arrived and asked to speak with the branch manager, she did not even open my account ask me my name or even looked at the summon to see how she could help. She insisted I speak with the court instead. Had to drive ten minutes away to go to a chase bank where an individual would actually sit down and assist me. Completely unprofessional and lazy.
