Many ppl don’t like their jobs now n days but this young lady was beyond amazing explained everything and answered any questions I had!! If i could give -5 i would. We had a DEATH in the family needed to take cash out my sister had all proper ID but not her debit card. They refused to follow protocal and call higher up my sister was cryin they didnt give a crap, it wasnt till she called herself and moved her money to BOA. Bank of America was great, they called to confirm it was her. They had no issue giving her cash 5 min, not the 20 min of horror this place made her go thru. So dont give this location your buisness go elsewhere.
