Would give 0 starts if possible. I had an appointment scheduled with Diamond D (that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance). When scheduling the appointment I entered the reason for my appointment. It is after 5 PM on the day before my appointment (9 AM tomorrow) and I get a call saying that she’s not certified to open a business account. I ask if someone else can assist and am told no, because the only other person is off on Thursdays. Racist and unprofessional bank manager and staff This branch have the worst service of all branches. When you try to explain the service you want they will say you are rude and have security kick you out. I am closing all of my accounts with them. If you want to be treated well, dress in suits and tie. I wish there is a zero star for them.
