I had a great experience at the Chase Loyola branch. Adam, a new team member (I guess), provided outstanding service. He was professional, welcoming, and took the time to make sure everything was clear and handled smoothly. His hospitality and positive attitude really stood out. I see a few complaints about this branch which may, or may not, be legitimate complaints. Chase customer service on the phone takes branch problems seriously, and will make a reasonable attempt to resolve your problems. I have been banking with Chase for twenty years and they have always had my back when it comes to resolving unsubstantiated charges from companies I have done business with. And the "Up to $50" overdraft free has been very helpful too. (Note: I am a real customer and was not paid to write this review.)
