The worker was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Kept repeating there was nothing she could do to help in cashing a check. Went to another chase bank location and had a much better experience. They were able to help immediately. Avoid this location at all costs. Not worth the horrible customer service.

Super limited hours (impossible to make it before OR after a normal work day so I have to go on Saturday when they close at TWO), and they now have hours on their ATM vestibule?? People are friendly and prompt but I need to be able to get my rent check on the first of the month and they make it super difficult.
Why do I have to come into the branch to renew the CD with a different term? Can't do it over the phone, over the computer, have to sit in front of a person. Absolutely stupid waste of my time.
