Customer Service I love the branch on Camino Al Norte. I had a personal experience with the branch and the assistant manager went out of her way to help me and by the staffs interaction with me and the other customers it insured me that Wamu was/is the bank for me. I must say it was shocking to read the other comments. But I guess there are just some people who forget that they are professionals not our slaves.
Staff could be nicer A bank is a bank.. but you should expect the staff to be a bit nicer. They come off as rude no matter what you are in the bank for. I always feel like I am bothering them at this location. Yes, this is the only location that has made me feel this way.
not so bad everytime i go to this location it is always busy but it's not that bad. it's close to smiths so it's like u only make one stop to the plaza and u can go to the bank n smith
