Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I came in for a simple account request and was met with hostility from an employee calls himself "Randy" Tulisran or ram, or whatever it is. He was combative, constantly interrupted me, and when I asked to speak with another staff member, he became even more aggressive—going so far as to threaten me with the police. Vincent and Luke are great people and amazing CHASE EMPLOYEES ! They went above and beyond and genuinely care about their job and people. jaime would be proud of them they should both be promoted immediately
