Excellent branch. Very friendly and helpful employees. Had an employee greet me and say hello as he was coming in to work at 830 while I was at the ATM. Their ATM's are very good, you can conduct most banking and Chase credit card business with it. Chase is consistently the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, locally and across the country.
This branch is NOT customer focused!
I had never felt so poorly cared for as they did in this bank, until they wasted my time and I went with the purpose of opening a checking account and after asking me for all the documentation (which I brought with me) they told me that I have to make an appointment
