I had never felt so poorly cared for as they did in this bank, until they wasted my time and I went with the purpose of opening a checking account and after asking me for all the documentation (which I brought with me) they told me that I have to make an appointment
Horrible customer service no one’s ever available to do anything without an Appointment. Sat there for 15 minutes only to be told that you need to come back not a good way of practicing banking.
