My company banks with them. I am a notary at my company and needed to get my paperwork notarized. Even though my company is a customer they would NOT notarize since I do not have accounts with them. The manager was very rude to me. I called my companies controller and she also was told that even though the company is a customer they would not help me. So I drove over to Nicolet National Bank, where I am a customer, and was immediately helped and got my paperwork notorized without any issue.

I run the Lids store in the mall and we basically utilize this bank to do change exchange, big bills to little, but since I started coming here last November, I've had zero bad things to say. Always greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere, the tellers are attentive of everyone and very helpful not only to me but numerous other customers I've seen.
