Called a few locations, this was the only one where they picked up the phone. Plus guy was helpful and friendly.
I would like to leave positive feedback for Mario Ruiz, who assisted me this morning. He explained everything very clearly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. This is already the second (or third) time he has helped me, and each time the experience has been excellent. Mario is a knowledgeable and supportive employee — please value him.
The drive through ATM is Always down for whatever reason. The ATM inside you cant access on weekends or after hours. This is nuts for a bank!
