2 months to switch banks! I was trying to cancel zelle payment, their computer chat helper says to go to chase.com or the app! I was already ON their app, and u can only chat with stupid computer if you are already on it. Then search for cancel payment, but there's no search box on their app ,so i went to chase and 2 employees couldn't find one also!! switching banks! Why do your ATMs not work when I need to do a deposit? Today again I just wanted to quickly deposit some money and go but it wasn't working.
Everyone at Chase in Sierra Vista are so nice. They know my name and always say Hello and Goodbye. I get the best rates on banking fees and interest. Keep up the Great Job!!
This is the worst bank you’ll ever walk into in your life. I’ve been with Chase for over five years and never had a single problem yet every time I go to this specific bank I have multiple different issues. They can’t solve problems and the managers are no help.
