This branch is terrible! We had an issue withdrawing money for a vehicle purchase on August 8th, 2025. When we opened up our investment account with JP Morgan @ this branch we dealt with Kelly P. and we made it very clear that we wanted to have access to our money any time we needed it. Kelly told us the account was just like a checking or savings account (HYSA) and there wouldn't be any issue depositing or withdrawing money. We have a house in Prescott Valley, and this is the closest Chase Bank. I drive to the one near Sprouts any time I need any assistance with anything. There is no one on the premises at this location who knows anything about banking, courtesy, or common sense.
