We have a house in Prescott Valley, and this is the closest Chase Bank. I drive to the one near Sprouts any time I need any assistance with anything. There is no one on the premises at this location who knows anything about banking, courtesy, or common sense.
It's a nice bank. Well... as long as I have no contact whatsoever with Tina. She is a horrible employee and has no business ever dealing with customers. Maybe keep her in the back room counting coins or something?
