Troy was very helpful….
I have been taking my blind client to this Chase for a couple years now. For the most part everyone is very kind and a pleasure to work with! 🙂 But when we have to deal with Kerry all anxiety goes up. She knows my client is blind but acts like she's never seen her before and is so rude. We try very hard to not to even not to have to deal with her because she is so rude. She needs to go to a class for customer service training.
Slowest service I've ever experienced in a bank.
I have been banking with them for over 10 years , have used multiple branches in several states . Everywhere I go I have been treated with respect , better than my old bank .
Troy Durbin was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions about the different types of accounts and credit cards available at Chase Bank. He gave excellent suggestions for building good credit scores, savings and managing finances. I high recommend Troy. Troy is honest, sincere and really took the time to get to know us so he could make recommendations that were best suited for our financial situation.
