I have been banking with them for over 10 years , have used multiple branches in several states . Everywhere I go I have been treated with respect , better than my old bank .
Troy Durbin was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions about the different types of accounts and credit cards available at Chase Bank. He gave excellent suggestions for building good credit scores, savings and managing finances. I high recommend Troy. Troy is honest, sincere and really took the time to get to know us so he could make recommendations that were best suited for our financial situation.
We had an issue that happened before either Garrett or Omar came to the branch; it definitely wasn't the fault of either of them, and everyone we'd talked to refused to take any time to review it and try to get a good resolution for us. Very rude Staff management needs to take ahold or grab a rain on their employees. Very rude remarks You are there to process my transaction. Not make comments about my life, your personal life. My ID is in an Arizonan. ID and I am American citizen. I should not be treated as less than one. Nobody attend this bank. It is Disgustingly disgustingly racist
