What is the point of having a business that is only open while people work? You open late, and only stay open 1 hour past lunch time. Absolutely stupid business model.
I could write a detailed review but I will make it short. I returned to Arizona and went to open a local account. Very unwelcoming, rude and had to look for someone who was put out by even being asked a question about it. She said to get in the Teller line and make an appointment. No thank you, I went next door to Foothills Bank and it was great.

I have been taking my blind client to this Chase for a couple years now. For the most part everyone is very kind and a pleasure to work with! 🙂 But when we have to deal with Kerry all anxiety goes up. She knows my client is blind but acts like she's never seen her before and is so rude. We try very hard to not to even not to have to deal with her because she is so rude. She needs to go to a class for customer service training.
