Poorest customer service award 2022. Chase branch Gilroy CA off of 1st Street. Want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen, then you are the right spot. Every is appt only. Appts are made 2 weeks out. WTF, I went to BOA and opened my checking and savings account on the spot. I heard US Bank also has great customer service. Been banking with Chase since they were CALFED to WaMu and now shit hole Chase.
