Business owner of 14 years, Closed my account for no reason and are refusing to allow me to access my money. I have to shut down my business for a week till I get this check.
Can't answer the phone but when I arrive there are people standing around. Your better off using the app than trying to get assistance from the staff. This place is a joke.
The staff was very friendly and nice.
The customer service at this location is awful. Calling customer service gets you nowhere. After many years with Chase I have experienced three errors and just plain incompetence. Call them on it and you are treated very rudely as if it is the customers fault. This is unacceptable for any account and specially a busness account that relies of completed transactons in a reasonable and professional time frame.
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Chase. They need some real training here, I have been to multiple different Chase locations throughout Florida and various other states and have always had really great service. This location may be the only Chase in the area, but I definitely will travel further in order to not have to come to this location. I would avoid this Chase at all costs if you’re able.
