I decided to open my daughter and my account with chase. Im regretting that decision because I've had nothing but issues since. I brought all of my documents to chase when we opened the account. The banker did not upload those documents so I had to travel back there with the same documents I had when I opened the account. If you are taking a brake Don’t stay seated as if you are a teller waiting for a customer, and if you have a customer in front of you, don’t ignore them and kindly let them know you are not available.
Business owner of 14 years, Closed my account for no reason and are refusing to allow me to access my money. I have to shut down my business for a week till I get this check.
Can't answer the phone but when I arrive there are people standing around. Your better off using the app than trying to get assistance from the staff. This place is a joke.
