Having one teller working at 9,40a.m with a line of 7 people is absolutely unacceptable!!!!
After being asked to provide two forms of ID , I still could not withdraw any funds. Unacceptable!!!!!
Tellers are always nice and customer service reps always friendly and helpful
I do not advise you to use this bank branch, no help. They are constantly asking unnecessary questions. No help, constant racism. It is better to go to Daytona or any other bank branch. I have already written to the main department of the bank to check the employees.
