I recently had to stop into this Chase branch to re-order some checks. Yes, I still use checks. I was greeted by Christian, Lilly and the branch Manager Aday. Christian helped me order the checks, but I had a couple of other questions so the branch manager walked over and sat down next to me and patiently explained the answers to all of my questions to me. There is NO TELLER. Can NOT make a payment. Deposit thru ATM only.
This place only has ATM service, nothing else the staff can do for you.
Very odd little experiment they are trying here. No tellers, just an ATM and an employee who shows you where the ATM is. 0/10 do not recommend.
