Hated paying 10 dollars to cash an in house check but enjoyed my conversation with the friendly teller.
Don’t try calling and getting a human that is actually at the branch.
I rarely need to go into a bank, but every single time it is a bad experience. The rules are always changing and they refuse to provide written instructions. If I didn't like the credit card rewards, I would have cancelled my account years ago
