Horrible customer service, the ATM’s never work and lines are always extremely long. The inside ATM can’t be accessed even with a chase card, the touchpad to get inside doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing branch. And of course one ATM does not work.
Call customer service on Thursday October 16. The customer service representative did not understand what I was asking him to do about my debit card it was poor communication and language barrier. I could not understand what he was saying and he cancel my card I did not tell him to

Thelma is so rude and sarcastic. Definitely needs to work on her people skills. Horrible customer service experience with her.
Esta sucursal la visité una vez para tomar acciones por mis tarjetas perdidas. Todo bien rápido, me salió al encuentro un señor a quien le pregunté si podía hablar con alguien en Español, amablemente me dijo que si y llamó a una señorita que me atendió enseguida y me explicó todo lo relacionado a incidente. Ya llevo más de un año con Chase y no tengo ninguna experiencia negativa. Gracias.
