Opened a checking account When you walk into the bank , the actual set up for bank tellers is quite strange. Nobody was able to direct me and tell me what line I was supposed to be in. There are no signs indicating. I finally had a chance to ask someone and they helped me. The lady who helped me open a checking account was very nice, but she made me come back because I did not have my fiance's signature (even though he came in at a seperate date and time and signed) that was pretty inconvenient. This one is OK I have been to this branch in Redwood City. It was too busy, not enough tellers and staff wasn't to nice. The good thing is that once you leave the branch, you don't have to deal with them. Free checking and a ton of new services, it's still worth it.
