Very professional and super kind staffs.
Whatever you do do not come here. I have been a Chase customer for years. Kenneth Potts is the worst banker ever. He opened a business account and did not match the ID requirements. So the account became restricted. He did not inform me, and I found out from an email chase sent and I went to the branch March 8 and gave him the ID. He did nothing and now it's March 27. The accounts are l closed and all the direct deposits are returned. We are now penniless from this account and have to find some way to open a new account some... read more
