Amazing bank great customer service
If you are making an appointment at this branch, I highly recommend asking for Destiny Navarro. She was extremely thorough, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. At no point did I feel rushed, which was simply a nice experience compared to many other bank visits (other locations) where the interaction can often feel rushed. Destiny took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Thank you again, Destiny, for the excellent customer service!
I am a long time Chase customer and I went to this branch to have a letter notarized. I was told that there is only one notary and he is busy so go to the library. The customer experience was not what I expect of Chase.
