I have an account with Chase online and at the bank. I wanted to have something notarized. The only person that does it was off that day. I called to make and appintment no one answered the phone. It gave me an 800 number to call. That person tried. still no answer! WTH? I guess I'll have to find another bank.
Why has the drive-up ATM been gone for years? I don't want to have to go inside just to use the ATM.
I’m a newer member of Chase and I’ve never used this particular location. I was looking for the atm this morning and an employee walking in said it’s just inside the door. Mind you I was polite when I asked and I smiled. I’ve seen other customers walk inside to the walk up atm before after hours so I thought okay cool. While I was parking, the employee locked me out so I couldn’t use the atm! I’m sorry, is there some secret to using an atm at my own bank??
Horrible bank experience. I came with my daughter to open an account and it’s 4:30 and they didn’t have a banker. So there is not always a banker available at the times of bank hours. Doesn’t make sense to me
