Why has the drive-up ATM been gone for years? I don't want to have to go inside just to use the ATM.
I’m a newer member of Chase and I’ve never used this particular location. I was looking for the atm this morning and an employee walking in said it’s just inside the door. Mind you I was polite when I asked and I smiled. I’ve seen other customers walk inside to the walk up atm before after hours so I thought okay cool. While I was parking, the employee locked me out so I couldn’t use the atm! I’m sorry, is there some secret to using an atm at my own bank??
Horrible bank experience. I came with my daughter to open an account and it’s 4:30 and they didn’t have a banker. So there is not always a banker available at the times of bank hours. Doesn’t make sense to me
They were helpful enough in getting my business account set up with business checks and I can even accept a credit card for a 2% fee and 3 or days of waiting. But if I take check for no fee because I need to purchase equipment for my customer? The check is accepted and out of my customers account within 10 minutes. I CANNOT SPEND THE MONEY FOR 10 DAYS!!! Last I heard check fraud is a felony. If I or my customer is fraudulent, then call the cops, if not then just transfer the @&$&@?$ check.
Horrible experience. My wife opened an account and we needed to convert into a joint account. Agents are not trained well so they made us come 3 times to be able to do it as they 1) didn't tell us we needed a passport, then 2) they didn't tell us we had to make an appointment. Very disappointed with the service quality
