I've got to be completely honest so I went to the drive-thru because it's supposed to be easier and quicker but first things first the canister is sticky on the top. It's gross and I shared that with the young man but didn't get a response. Generally hate going to this chase branch because the counter girl is always rude. The guy is very nice and helpful however. Not the customer service typically received by Chase Banks. Let me answer the question below— I always ask for the cash to be placed in an envelope. Nearly every other teller typically does this without ask so you’re not handling germy money or losing bills as you transport it. This counter girl always refuses and rolls her eyes when I ask.
