These to stars are simply there because of the experience of other branches. Thus is the most in my experience the worst. Why, simply because the experience is always the same. While others get a smile, I get a look. They invite others to go ahead of me in line and ask me to wait for one reason of another (check the cameras). I feel like they honestly don't want me coming into this particular establishment and I will from this day forth do my best NOT to return here.
I've got to be completely honest so I went to the drive-thru because it's supposed to be easier and quicker but first things first the canister is sticky on the top. It's gross and I shared that with the young man but didn't get a response. Not we're so sorry we'll take care of it nothing no acknowledgment from the young man whatsoever 🙄 Then I get it I didn't bring my debit card I brought a credit card and I was trying to cash a check I don't think it should take 5 minutes I mean we're halfway through 2025 and the process ... read more
