This bank branch is the worst. Go to Katherine Ct 78209 and save yourself. Always 2 people greeting you but no one working behind counter, and then when you approach after waiting in line 20min, tells you she hadn’t called you yet She’s refilling her till. Received substantial amount back in cash and she didn’t even count it out in front of me, just handed envelope. Very bad customer service. Outside ATM refuses to dispense cash. Absolutely dystopian
I’m not sure whats going on there now , but it’s bad the service is not what it used to be . These girls gossiping at the back when there is a big line . Yet talking and laughing with each is totally fine. I’ve been going here for years and it’s gone down hill. No respect for the customers.
