Very nice staff but I don't understand why they're there. When you pull into the business there's a drive-thru window but it's boarded up. When you park and go inside all that is there is a single ATM in the vestibule and another ATM when you walk in the "lobby". There is staff inside of the bank but I don't know what they do because there's no teller windows. How do you call yourself a bank if you don't have a teller and you can't give out cash? Horrible customer service
Useless. Terribly useless location. No tellers and the one and only ATM they have is always “out of service”. Used to be my local branch but they have gone downhill. I wont waste my time coming here just to have to drive to the New Windsor location.
