Payments have been lost… like pulling teeth to make a payment!! I called in to pay with credit card and the lady wouldn’t take my card number🤔

Calling the customer service line is a nightmare. The representatives are extremely rude and just say to keep calling back to see if your issue can be fixed later on have been calling for 3 months now.

I took out my auto loan at the height of the pandemic in July of 2020, I have made every payment in full, on time, for 28 months. I recently lost my job and tried to reach out to Chase for a deferall or hardship assistance. I was denied within 2 minutes, because I told them I was unemployed, and because of that, they don't trust me to resume payments, even though there is a perfect payment history for the account. Had a loan approved online, went all the way to the dealership with the email like they said and now the dealer is saying Chase is saying a higher interest rate and the other one was pending approval. Frustrating. Can’t trust anything these days.
