Tried to take money from the ATM and was prompted by a fraud detection alert and it said I would receive a text to verify my identity. Replied "YES" to the text and figured no problem. Pressed "try again" on the ATM screen like any reasonable person would think is the next step. Tried it a few times and it didn't work. Decided to go to a teller to withdrawal and tried to have a casual conversation telling her how I had an issue with the ATM. She told me in a nasty tone I did it wrong and I needed to log out and do it again. ... read more
I was really stressed out because changing your pin number on a debit card is now more difficult, but the teller Ms Veronica was more than happy to take care of the situation and actually got the pin number i wanted. Definitely recommend this branch.
This is the only location I have ever gone to where the bankers refused to help me. They said they were too busy. Empty office, but too busy. Get it together guys.
