In this store disloyal guys.
Worst of the worst. Dark and gloomy location. Just like the manager who runs this joint. Employees are terrible. Worst service ever. They look down at you. As of you are begging. Hopefully this branch closes down. Save your time and stay away from this nasty facility.
Had issues with an account that the Chase Customer Sevice did not help with. So I came in in person and Angel was very helpful!!!
All the poor reviews are right! Made an appointment with a private banker. Arrived to my appointment on time, not one person in the branch and I still waited 15 minutes while the two bankers were talking about their personal life. When the one female banker decided to take me back to her desk, she was all around rude. Didn’t seem to want to be there nor care about me as a Chase customer. I changed my last name since i got married. Needed her to change that across all my accounts and resend cards. First problem, I never even ... read more
We were waiting for 15 mins to speak to private banker and he still and he still didnt take us. Poor service.
