Friendly staff but long wait due to only 2 tellers
Tried to take money from the ATM and was prompted by a fraud detection alert and it said I would receive a text to verify my identity. Replied "YES" to the text and figured no problem. Pressed "try again" on the ATM screen like any reasonable person would think is the next step. Tried it a few times and it didn't work. Decided to go to a teller to withdrawal and tried to have a casual conversation telling her how I had an issue with the ATM. She told me in a nasty tone I did it wrong and I needed to log out and do it again. ... read more
