After much research into seniors' living accommodations, I decided on the Willow. During my 3 visits before making a decision, I found the residents to be happy and involved. Upon moving in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The lifestyle here is relaxed with many optional activities to suit a variety of interests & abilities. The staff regularly seek input from residents ensuring residents' interests as well as needs are being met. My decision was the right one. I'm feeling home in this community.

When we moved in we were so impressed with the friendliness and caring demonstrated by all the staff. They all seemed to know our name from the first day we arrived. That little touch alone made us feel very welcome. in the 20 months since then, I lost my partner to cancer and the staff was very compassionate and supportive throughout that difficult process.
