I would definitely recommend the LTC at Chartwell Willow. My mother went from an independent/assisted living community to hospital. It became clear that living somewhat independently was no longer viable. I was fortunate enough to secure a spot in LTC at Willow. Rafel was very supportive when it was time to transfer my mom from hospital. The transition went very well and my mother was warmly received. When my Father was getting tired of cooking and cleaning for himself we went shopping for a new place to live. I searched for retirement places in our area and came across Chartwell Willow. Dad and I took a tour and we were pleasantly surprised with the options available at Chartwell Willow. His suite is spacious and we didn’t have to downsize that much. The team at Willow Manor have made my parents feel welcomed - always greeting them with a smile. For me, knowing that my parents are living independently, while getting their meals made for them, and attending in-house and out-of-house social events is essential for their ongoing quality of life. Even my Dad has embraced some of the social activities (Men's Beer and Pizza night) - a rarity for him!
