My dad moved in about three months ago, and he has been really enjoying his time here. He’s staying active with the activities, appreciating the companionship, and often talks about how much he enjoys the food. It’s been comforting for our family to see him so settled and happy. We’re very grateful to the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and the care they show every day. Highly recommend.
Having had 9 years previous experience dealing with a family member having Dementia at a different facility, it is with pleasure that I recommend the Memory Care unit at Chartwell Westcott. The residential feel of the facility, the staff and in particular the unit manager are excellent. It is 1 year ago today that my parents moved into Chartwell Westcott and I am so glad that they did. I was concerned that they wouldn't be happy moving from their family home of 60+ years into a retirement residence, but Chartwell Westcott was the place for them! They have settled in nicely and enjoy the meals and spending time with the other residents and partaking in some of the many activities. We stayed at Wescott while my wife had been diagnosed with cancer. The living environment is so good that my spouse is advised that she no longer had the cancer. Thanks to all tge hard working staff! - CK.
