I'm offen in the building and every time that I'm there it is always buzzing with activities. I'm greeted with a warm welcome and leave with a smile on my face. I see this building as one big family!
My mom moved into Chartwell Valley Vista on Aug 12 for a short 31 day stay from hospital and to see if she wanted to stay permanently. She was not even there two weeks and made her decision to stay. It was very hard for my sister and I to come to the decision that my mom should no longer live on her own. Never have I seen my grandmother so excited for a new chapter in her life. We came together to tour the residence and from the moment we entered the building we were greeted by Oliver and we know it was the place to be. The sales team were very knowledgeable and caring when providing us with a detailed tour of the residence.
