Never have I seen my grandmother so excited for a new chapter in her life. We came together to tour the residence and from the moment we entered the building we were greeted by Oliver and we know it was the place to be. The sales team were very knowledgeable and caring when providing us with a detailed tour of the residence. I see that most of these reviews were from a year ago to 6 years ago. The place was very accommodating when my mother first moved in and steadily got worse as my mother needed more care. She shared accomdation with her partner. There were times when they would argue which was not often. The management namely Ellen, wanted then separated and we had no choice but to rent another room. This doubled our cost and Valley Vista profitted. Also I felt that as time went on, she was targeted by the staff. I was followed their rules an... read more

My 86 yr old mother used Chartwell Valley Vista for a 2 week respite stay after knee replacement surgery. I cannot say enough about all the staff at this facility. They genuinely care about all the patrons there and go to such lengths to make sure everyone is comfortable. The facility is clean and updated and all patrons are checked on regularly.
