Get directionsAll staff go above and beyond making sure their residents are well taken care of. From the nursing staff Aima and Aaron, to the wellness Manager Crystal, they are all very caring individuals. It can be very draining helping a love one to get back on the healthy train, and with their support, it makes it easier on myself. The GM came to my rescue yesterday and today and made sure I received food while picking up for my mom. Everyone at Chartwell Tiffin is compassionate and friendly.
I had been searching out retirement homes for my mom a few months ago. I stopped in at Chartwell Tiffen and had the pleasure of an impromptu visit/tour with Holly. Holly was amazing and fhe staff and residents so welcoming. I couldn’t wait to share my experience with my mom, and subsequently had a tour with Jamie. Our luncheon/tour with Jamie was also fantastic. Jamie was so attentive to my mom’s needs and concerns. Mom was very skeptical and is now so excited to join the residence.
