My dad came to TOTS for respite after a hospital stay. He hated “nursing homes” and was very reluctant to stay. The care he received was respectful and exceptional. The staff are always willing to help in any way. But the friends that dad made was what made him decide to stay. He has made some of the best friends he’s ever had. At 98, he was running out of friends, but he has found a new lease in life and enjoys all the social aspects terrace in the square offers. Retirement living has extended dads life, I am sure.
From the moment I park in visitors, I have a welcome feeling and know my dad is in the best place in Waterloo
