Always seems like the residents are having fun! The programs manager is doing a great job!!!!
Came for a tour for a respite stay. The staff were very friendly and the home gave a homely feeling. Had a chance to stay for lunch and the food was exceptional as well. Overall, wonderful experience!
When visiting Waterloo, I have enjoyed staying at the Chartwell uptown location. The rooms for travelers, central location, reasonable price, parking, and lovely front-desk team make Terrace on the Square a great option.
The staff are caring, competent, friendly and professional. The food is excellent. There are many activities each day of the week and they offer excellent live entertainment at least once a week and often twice a week. The overall feeling is that I am pert of a family here and I M just so thankful that I chose this facility to spend my retirement years in.
