I had a very positive experience at Chartwell. The staff are kind, respectful, and caring, and they make an effort to ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported. I had a very positive experience with this retirement home. The staff are caring, respectful, and professional. The environment is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The residents are treated with kindness and dignity, and the staff always try their best to meet their needs. Overall, it is a wonderful place for seniors to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this retirement home.
