Stillwater is the third assisted living facility that my parents have been at. They've been there for 1.5 years and it has been the best of all facilities. The staff are truly wonderful. The front line staff are so gentle and caring and constantly go above and beyond whenever one of my parents is in any kind of distress. And the whole management team is also very responsive and supportive.

Just moved my mother to Stillwater Creek. The overall process from first point-of-contact to move-in was a highly positive experience. Communications with Sue Taylor, Retirement Living Consultant were great. She is personable, astute, a good listener, organized and professional -- quick to respond to emails and move-in requests. Mom was fearful to move, not knowing anyone and feeling alone. Sue arranged for her to have lunch with a group of friendly ladies who would make her feel welcomed. I woud like to show appreciation for the managers, the women at the front desk, the dining staff, the entire nursing department and the ladies who clean our room the kitchen and especially the activity department who come out with all the great ideas including the bus driver

We have had a very good experience at Stillwater since a family member moved in earlier this year. Sue Taylor, Lifestyles Consultant, helped make the move in an easy transition and a very positive, warm, experience for all. The facility is absolutely lovely, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Staff professional and friendly. This is a great spot and I would not hesitate to recommend it as a wonderful retirement home.
