All the care staff are so sweet and provide such excellent care for our friends and family that need a little help. Specifically the way Tina cares for my aunt, she goes on and on about her. Love this place

I will start by saying that this review is long overdue, but still very valid. In late 2022, our family was faced with the reality that our parents were not living as comfortably and securely as we had hoped, living on their own. As a minister my mom spent a lot of time visiting a number of retirement residences in and around the Brockville area. When my father passed away, she decided that she could no longer manage living in her home by herself. She was absolutely certain that the best retirement residence in the area was Rosedale. In late August of this year, my brothers and I faced a very difficult decision that many families face; our 93 year old mom was living on her own, but it was clear to us, Mom could no longer continue to live in her apartment.
