I would love to give more than 5 starts to Chartwell Rosedale senior home in Brockville! From the first email correspondence with Jeff advocating for her while our step mother was in the hospital all the way to move in day for her and beyond, has been exceptional! When we met Krystal and then Josh, we knew that our step mother was going to feel comfortable there When she walked into her new room, she said “I’m home “. Shout out to the amazing staff! Always there to go the extra mile. Without the love and attention of the Chartwell Rosedale staff Chartwell would not be the great place that it is. And shout out the my amazing GM Traci who is always supportive and understanding we all love you ❤️
All the care staff are so sweet and provide such excellent care for our friends and family that need a little help. Specifically the way Tina cares for my aunt, she goes on and on about her. Love this place
