My mother has been living at Chartwell Rockcliffe for a year, and through health challenges and recovery the staff here have been nothing but supportive and helpful. Extra assistance has been flexibly available when she needs it, always provided by cheerful and kind staff. The food is delicious, and the common facilities beautiful and well appointed. Mum's spacious apartment has a wonderful view of the city.

I would have liked to leave a good review but I can’t. Some of the services were very short of my expectations. The health and Wellness manager was great but she left to work elsewhere. I wanted the best for my parents but I ended up very disappointed in the end. There is still a lot of room for improvement in this so-called upscale residence.

My parents have been staying at Chartwell Rockcliffe for over 2 years now. My parents are often saying how friendly both the staff and residents are. The front desk, housekeepers, cooking staff, health professionals and maintenance staff are all very professional and devoted to their roles - the building is always in immaculute condition and the guests well looked after. Thank you very much.

I was truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the level of care and attention given to the residents. It's clear that Chartwell residences are dedicated to providing an exceptional living experience.
