My parents moved into Chartwell on Riverside last year. There was obviously a settling in period, but they are quite happy here and struck by the kindness of the staff.
From the first call I had with Paul I knew we were in good hands. Paul's compassion and kindness to our family were just what we needed as we navigated new waters. Paul and the team have helped our mom have time to heal while be free from the hospital over Christmas. We are so grateful for the team at Chartwell but it all started with Paul!!! Thank you all
This week I attended an afternoon of fun and fellowship in the private dining room with one of the residents. From the time we entered, the staff are warm and inviting and made us feel very welcome. Melissa went above and beyond looking after us. Thank you to all the staff!
