This residence is highly spoken of by independent nursing agencies in the region for good reason. The level of care and compassion shown by all staff -- management, nursing, facilities, activities, dining -- is excellent.
I recently had the need to find temporary placement for an elderly close friend and all of the staff at Chartwell Riverpark Retirement Residence were so attentive and worked very quickly to make this happen. I chose this residence because I live beside it and have had the opportunity to see how they made so much effort, through COVID, to ensure that their residents had entertainment, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other special occasions, by holding concerts out on the patio that were piped into the dining room for the resid... read more
I continue to be by the level of care provided by Chartwell Riverpark staff. The COVID pandemic has been tough on everyone yet they continue to be upbeat and cheerful. Their approach to dealing with the pandemic and the safety of residents has been exemplary. No COVID cases in how many waves? Well done!
A wonderful retirement home. Highly recommended. Staff and management really care about their residence.
