I recently visited Venvi Renaissance with my grandparents, who are now at the stage of life where they need a little more support. From the moment we arrived, the space felt so warm and welcoming. After taking a very thorough tour of the whole facility, I have to say that this place is truly top notch. Great atmosphere and great people, everyone was very friendly and very informative. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately attended to and set up on our tour( what a grand entrance with those stairways and decor). Elevators and ramps are throughout for easy access which is always a plus. Our mother has been in Renaissance for 2 1/2 years. Our experience has been wonderful and the food is excellent. The staff are amazing and make all residents feel very comfortable and at home. There are many activities the residents can enjoy, or just relax in the beautiful surroundings They went above and beyond helping to make our mom’s 100th birthday special! We highly recommend Renaissance !
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Venvi Renaissance on several occasions, and I am always impressed by the environment they’ve created. The staff show remarkable attention to detail — from remembering residents’ names to ensuring everyone feels at home. When speaking with Joel, the Maintenance Manager, it was clear he genuinely enjoys bringing joy to the residents.
