I recently put my mother in here due to needing a place for her after she was dislocated. Due to being a resident in the Carrington House fire on 7th Avenue in March. I thought it would be a good fit as the living coordinator I spoke to was extremely professional and friendly and the environment looked lavish and nice.. but once she got in there, I had the experience of going to the dining room with her a few times and each time the servers were very nonchalant to extremely rude. From the moment I walked in the doors I knew this was the place for my father in law. Then meeting Samantha and so many staff, was the icing on the cake. His transition was a bit challenging and the staff has been incredibly helpful to him and our family. He’s settled in well, loves the food, we are so grateful to venvi staff and the safe care support company for taking such wonderful care of him.

I recently visited Venvi Renaissance with my grandparents, who are now at the stage of life where they need a little more support. From the moment we arrived, the space felt so warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Shally, who gave us a tour and even welcomed us into the dining room for lunch.
