I have my dad at Chartwell Orchards, the staff are amazing. Daniel, Cassie, Sandra, and the entire staff are amazing. They really care about their residents. I had an experience where Daniel & Kinzi drove to the pharmacy to pick up my dad's meds because the pharmacy had delayed sending them. That is what I call going above and beyond. Thank you to the the entire team for looking after my dad.

I had a wonderful experience supporting a new resident transition into Chartwell Orchards - the process was seamless. I worked closely with the General Manager and the Health & Wellness Manager all of whom were wonderful to work with. The communication was excellent. Care plans were thoughtfully put together to ensure the resident's safety and care needs would be met appropriately. The staff are so caring, genuine, and kind - truly a warm, welcoming home.

Chartwell Orchards was able to take our father in right after he had a pacemaker put in. They were very friendly and accommodating and put forth great effort to get to know us and our dad. We are pleased with the Orchards care!

After losing her husband only a few weeks ago, my mom moved into the Orchards. The staff and residents have been very helpful and friendly making the best of a difficult situation. She has only been there a few days but already loving it. An special "thank you" to April who made the transition go as smooth as possible. Our family is very thankful for having a caring place like the Orchards available in our community.
