Chartwell Oak Ridges has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere! The staff all kind and pleasant! One of the highlights of our visits to Chartwell is the dining room! We had a wonderful Xmas meal thanks to Mohammad who the Food Services Manager at the Oak Ridges location. He personally delivered the meal to my father-in-law’s suite. He had planned it well in advance by making sure that he picked up all the serving dishes earlier in the day. He delivered the meal right on time and it was hot when it arrived. He went above and beyond by making sure that we had a memorable meal. It felt special. Thanks, Mohammad!
My mom and I liked this retirement home the minute we walked in. Staff are courteous and genuinely friendly. Meals are sumptuous and delicious; residents get to enjoy them in an elegant dining room with good service. Special thanks goes to Kris who came up with the best suite plan and all of his extra efforts in helping my mom to settle in. We also need to thank Jose for maintaining the room in excellent condition so that my mom can have a comfortable and safe stay. Great team!
My Mom came to Chartwell oakridges 6 weeks ago and had a lovey welcoming from the staff on the second floor. It was a stressful time but having the ladies there to keep an eye on our Mom was so wonderful and helpful! Thanks to Linda, Dulce, Huda Kuwinder, all the psws and nurses that work so hard everyday.
