The New Edinburgh Square's Management team came up immediately with the wonderful decision for my future use of NES's Courtesy Car for the driver to give me priority to sit in the front seat and so avoid all accidents to my knees. Fortunately because I thought I was going to have to take taxis.to get to appointments. Also, fortunately, my knees are recovering with gentle exercise. Chartwell have beautiful place tucked away in New Edinburgh - the staff are very professional and made my transition over from the DoD much easier than i anticipated.

When I moved into NES on 30th May 2025, I was able to use a walking cane in the building and always used a walker outside buildings because for me having a fall could be a disaster as I have osteoporosis (losing bone density). Lat Friday, 13 June, I signed up for shopping at Canadian Tire, for which just two of us signed up. No problem getting there in the Courtesy Car, as I did not have to sit in the middle seat in the back of the car.
