A family member of mine moved into Chartwell NES not long ago, and since day one we've been impressed with the facility, services and staff. My relative encountered a difficult situation recently, and Slobodan and other NES staff were faced with some challenging logistics as a result. They were both highly efficient and kind as they sorted things out. On behalf of my family, thank you, NES folks!

This transition to retirement living was a big decision for me. But I finally decided to take the leap. I came to Chartwell New Edinburgh residence for a visit and after getting a feel for how things worked and meeting the wonderful staff here,, I decided to move in.
