The reference is a well oiled machine. that's when everything runs smoothly. From the entry staff to middle management to the executives at the Chartwell everything funs smoothly and nicely like a well oiled machine. I just finished staying two weeks at the Chartwell New Edinburg and I only have good things to say as the staff were very friendly and did a good job as they did their best to remembering everyone's name and included a smile with every greeting. After a fall in the bathroom in January, I came to New Edinburg for respite and after 2 weeks here, I decided to move in permanently. The employees make you feel very special. We are treated to delicious meals each day and I always look forward to seeing the menu for the day. Birthdays and special events are celebrated with live entertainment and free wine or soft drinks Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and any additional maintenance needed also.
