The staff at Chartwell Le Monastère in Aylmer have been wonderful. They’ve provided excellent service and care for my mother over the last eight years. Now that Mom has moved into the assisted living facility at Le Monastère, they have been so very helpful and supportive. I get answers to complex questions, advice and support from people who know what my mom and her children are going through. It makes all the difference.

My mother lived at the Monastere for 2 years until a room was available for her in the public sector. She resided on the 3rd floor of the St-Redemptoriste wing which is the dementia floor, my mom didn't have dementia but it was the only available room for her in the mean time. The staff working this floor are exceptionally hard workers, the kindest people, they work with their heart and always gave my mom exceptional care she needed.
