I recently organized for my aunt to move to McConnell Manor, as this was the seniors residence she had chosen many years ago. Michel Beaudry was phenomenal in helping us to make the transition flawless. He answered numerous emails and questions and was extremely supportive and helpful. First of all I wish to say every person at reception is a valuable employee. Each willingly to help residents in various ways. Safana Kahn booked the Private Dining Room for me the May 24 weekend. She ensured it was properly set up and even brought in 2 missing chairs! That’s going beyond the normal. Last week I needed labels to return an item to the seller. My printer is not working. Safana told me I could email her and she would print them. She even had glue so I could attach them to the package! Kudos to Safana for going ... read more
