It's been 3 years I'm living at Chartwell McConnell. I like everything in this facility. The activities and food is great. Shafana at the front desk always pleasant. I made amazing friends here. I enjoy living here.

I like activities here, happy hour shuttle bus service. Shafana at the reception desk always helpful. Residents are very friendly. Staff members are amazing here.

My husband and i moved here in 2024 from facility outside of Cornwall so we could be closer to appointments and hospitals. We discovered a special social life which keeps us busy everyday. Staff are wonderful. Specially, Shafana who is at the desk very helpful. Meals are good and the activities are varied.

I have now been at Chartwell since Sept. 2024. I had toured all the seniors residences in the city and chose Chartwell MacConnell for the size and openess of the appartments, the location (L had taught at SLHS ) the friendliness of Lois and the team, the fact that my suite had 2 bedrooms (I could use one for crafts) and lots of windows,and parking in a site which was central to everything. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This is apparent from the first person you meet at the reception. Shafana always presents with a smile and information.
