Thank you to Venessa (health and wellness) for her advice and recommendations on care for my mom, including following up with her doctor to ensure Chartwell had what my mother needed. Also thank you to her staff that provide health and safety services as it give me piece of mind, since I don’t not reside in Cornwall, that my mom is taken care of every day and overnight.
Gerry was helpful checking out a few issues in my apartment. He was very good in solving a couple of technology problems I was having.
We need to move our Mom very soon. She has many friends and acquaintances at McConnell Manor, and so we visited and met with Lois. What a breath of fresh air! So kind and patient with us. Beautiful and well maintained residence, excellent food and very clean. It's just what Mom needs. Count her in!
