After 18 months of community living at Chartwell McConnell we are very happy with our new lifestyle. The varied activities both educational and entertaining make our lives vibrante and fulfilling. The people are friendly and neighborly. The General Manager Jasmin Parker has touched our heart with kindness and compassion, as have all of the staff. Shafana is fantastic receptionist. They are ALL so kind and helpful. You're a great TEAM and we appreciate all you do for us. See you soon. ❤️

It's been 3 years I'm living at Chartwell McConnell. I like everything in this facility. The activities and food is great. Shafana at the front desk always pleasant. I made amazing friends here. I enjoy living here.

I like activities here, happy hour shuttle bus service. Shafana at the reception desk always helpful. Residents are very friendly. Staff members are amazing here.

My husband and i moved here in 2024 from facility outside of Cornwall so we could be closer to appointments and hospitals. We discovered a special social life which keeps us busy everyday. Staff are wonderful. Specially, Shafana who is at the desk very helpful. Meals are good and the activities are varied.
